Stop Managing Tasks. Start Delegating Them to AI.

There is no shortage of advice on how to manage your task list better. Prioritise by urgency and importance. Time block. Use the two-minute rule. Eat the frog. Review weekly.

It's all fine. But it misses the real problem.

How to Actually Delegate to AI

The biggest mistake people make is treating AI like a search engine - brief, uncontextualised queries. "Best CRM" returns generic output. "Best CRM for a real estate agent managing 50 leads, currently using spreadsheets, budget under $50/month, needs to integrate with Gmail" returns something you can actually use.

Delegation to AI works the same way delegation to a person works: give them the full context, tell them what good looks like, and specify any constraints. The more specific the brief, the more useful the output.
